Office Location
Starting a practice requires you have an address! With our services you can list our physical office as your location so you don’t have to have your home address on documents. For an additional fee you can also rent time in our office to see in person clients.
Credentialing
Credentialing can be a daunting process. Allow us to help you get paneled with major insurances and EAPs. We can walk you through the process or complete it for you.
Billing Support
Dealing with billing can be overwhelming at first. Allow us to help you bill and teach you the process. We’re around to make calls to insurances and troubleshoot issues.
Mail Service
Let us manage your mail for you! We can be your LLC registered agent and are able to receive, scan, and email your mail so you don’t have to come pick it up. You never have to worry about missing important mail.
Business Consultation
We offer consultation to help you develop a business strategy and brand. From marketing to HR, we will teach you what you need to know.

Pricing and Details
Services are a la carte to best fit your practice’s unique needs.

Includes mailbox and authorization to use Fulcrum Counseling’s location as your business address.

Includes full day rental of a physical office room for your own use or to see clients in.

Includes service to scan and email received mail to you. You can also receive packages at our location. Optionally you can assign Fulcrum Counseling as your LLC Registered Agent.

Includes support from start to finish of credentialing your practice with medical insurances and EAPs. This current includes: BCBS PPO, United Healthcare (all varieties), Aetna, Cigna, and Lyra EAP.

Includes submitting claims, handling denials, and insurance verification.

Includes a month of consultation and support on how to build and manage the infrastructure around billing, such as setting up your EHR, building policies on billing, and creating processes. Max 20 hours in 1 month.
